Criminal offence levels

A - Minor offences:

1. Misconduct
2. Loitering
3. Ill treating subordinates
4. Wearing non-regulation uniform
5. Fraternization with GDI members
6. Gambling

B - Normal offences:

1. Misconduct on patrol/assignment
2. Disrespect towards an NCO
3. Disobeying binding NCO orders
4. Disobeying binding Military Police orders
5. Trespassing into unauthorized areas
6. Assault on non-GDI personnel
7. Handing out supplies to non-GDI personnel
8. Fraternization with non-GDI personnel
9. Possession of contraband (offence level may vary depending on item type and quantity)
10. Intoxication or abuse of substances
11. Lack of proper identification (ID tags and insignias)

C - Serious offences:

1. Resisting arrest
2. Attempted murder
3. Assault on GDI personnel
4. Disrespecting or disobeying a CO
5. Service custody offence (prison escape or attempted escape)
6. Handing out military supplies/equipment to non-GDI personnel
7. Fraternization with enemy combatants
8. Wearing an enemy uniform without authorization
9. Forging false records
10. Malingering

D - Capital offences:

1. Murder
2. Assault on a CO
3. Treason
4. Desertion
5. Espionage
6. Going AWOL
7. Unauthorized execution of a POW

Punishment levels

A - Minor offence:

1. 100-1000 requisition fine
2. 1-12 hour detainment
3. Janitorial duty

B - Normal offence:

1. 1000-3000 requisition fine
2. 1-3 day detainment
3. Requisition fine and simultaneous detainment

C - Serious offence:

1. 3-5 day detainment
2. Re-education camp (5-7 day temporary PK)
3. Discharge from the unit

D - Capital offence:

1. Execution
