Criminal offence levels
A - Minor offences:
- Misconduct
- Loitering
- Ill treating subordinates
- Wearing non-regulation uniform
- Fraternization with GDI members
- Gambling
B - Normal offences:
- Misconduct on patrol/assignment
- Disrespect towards an NCO
- Disobeying binding NCO orders
- Disobeying binding Military Police orders
- Trespassing into unauthorized areas
- Assault on non-GDI personnel
- Handing out supplies to non-GDI personnel
- Fraternization with non-GDI personnel
- Possession of contraband (offence level may vary depending on item type and quantity)
- Intoxication or abuse of substances
- Lack of proper identification (ID tags and insignias)
C - Serious offences:
- Resisting arrest
- Attempted murder
- Assault on GDI personnel
- Disrespecting or disobeying a CO
- Service custody offence (prison escape or attempted escape)
- Handing out military supplies/equipment to non-GDI personnel
- Fraternization with enemy combatants
- Wearing an enemy uniform without authorization
- Forging false records
- Malingering
D - Capital offences:
- Murder
- Assault on a CO
- Treason
- Desertion
- Espionage
- Going AWOL
- Unauthorized execution of a POW
Punishment levels
A - Minor offence:
- 100-1000 requisition fine
- 1-12 hour detainment
- Janitorial duty
B - Normal offence:
- 1000-3000 requisition fine
- 1-3 day detainment
- Requisition fine and simultaneous detainment
C - Serious offence:
- 3-5 day detainment
- Re-education camp (5-7 day temporary PK)
- Discharge from the unit
D - Capital offence:
- Execution
